We provide free VPN access for all our customers. It is one of our extended services. Often subscribers IP get blocked if they use a shared IP, or enter wrong credentials several times to log in to hosting control panel. So, the VPN is provided to customers so that they can access to our to open a support ticket and can join our live chat for support.

But recently we got some abuse reports regarding the VPN. As a result, we have temporarily disabled our free VPN service for subscribers. As soon we will provide an alternative to subscribers.
